Leading fashion retailers are seeking a Visual Coordinator to take integral part in the creating and implementation of the Company s Visual Merchandising strategy. You will be generating and managing the VM layouts and guidelines, supporting the Retail department in driving these guidelines operationally, continually looking for ways to drive the performance of the department/company forward.

Role:
Plan and create the brands visual concepts and guidelines for seasonal ranges and shop in shops
Develop and manage the creative direction for current and new stores, ensuring all creative work fits with the overarching brand vision
Manage the store portfolio look and feel, including visual merchandising, POS, windows, layouts, standards and fittings
You will be involved in selecting stock for photoshoots and campaigns, as well as selecting images for instore POS.
Working collaboratively on the design of window schemes and implementing the window schemes in-store
Develop the creative direction for in store visual offer including in store creative treatments, visual merchandising and window displays
Concept and management of design and development of all new fixtures & fittings
Overall design and direction for all retail shop fits to ensure brand continues to move forward
Work closely with Retail, Buying and Merchandising to align communications in line with the product vision
Working closely with the e-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure one tone of voice across all touch points.
Manage budgets and work closely with external agencies.
Skills Required:
Expertise of leading a VM team in a fashion retail environment
Strong understanding of the market, target customer and brand positioning
Market, commercial and competitors awareness
Experience of branding, layout, window design and in store visual merchandising
Financial and budget control
Excellent eye for detail and a strong interest in current and future design trends.
