Optimisation Strategy Process Analyst
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a new programme of work in a collaborative, ambitious and inclusive environment in a global business. Spearheading the design of new processes for customer optimisation, contributing to the global programme strategy, whilst also ensuring the product catalogue is up to date.
- Creating and implementing optimisation strategy
- Building a dedicated reporting on KPIs and providing senior stakeholders with frequent updates
- Creating processes for the long-term strategy and creating respective documentation
- Plan and execute experimentation on tool optimisation and analysing results to define the strategy
- Partnering with global teams
- Manual catalogue work; updating of products and maintenance
Experience and Skills:
- Experience in analysis within retail, operations, product management is highly desirable
- Strong Excel skills, working on large data sets, with basic SQL desirable
- Experience using data to influence business decisions and strategy and drive internal cross-team collaboration
- Fluent in English, with another language including Spanish, French, German and/or Italian highly beneficial
Please note this will be an initial 9 month contract, a minimum of 1 day per week in the London HQ, paying up to £275pd PAYE + holiday.
