This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an Employment lawyer seeking better quality and broader remit of employment matters but also want the flexibility to 100% WFH.
You will be required to:
- Provide specialist employment law advice to both employees and employers
- Advise on settlement agreements, tribunal litigation and the enforceability of restrictive covenants
- Have experience of acting on contentious matters in the Employment Tribunal and the High/County Court
- Provide advice to employers and employees on non-contentious employment matters including drafting employment contracts, terms, policies and procedures
